Informa Markets, organizer of Medic West Africa, has revealed its plans to postpone the 2021 Exhibition to 2022 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
In a press release, the Exhibition Director of Medic West Africa, Azzan Mohamed stated that the decision was taken with the best interest of both exhibitors and attendees at heart and with the hopes to limit any inconvenience.
“We have continued to monitor the feasibility of staging a successful Medic West Africa in 2021. Due to travel limitations that are currently still in place in many countries, we at Informa Markets and Medic West Africa have worked in conjunction with our local partners and taken the decision to postpone the event until 21 – 23 September 2022, allowing us to come back stronger to keep our community connected and to enable trade.
“The 2022 edition of Medic West Africa will be hosted Live, in-person in Lagos and will unite industry professionals who value learning, networking, and business. The event will continue to be a premier trade platform that will connect you with executives, distributors, and senior end-users from the region,” the statement reads.
It also added that the Medic West Africa’s sales team will be opened for organizations who wish to discuss issues relating to refunds or rolling funds over for the next edition.
